Short-term psychotherapy

Short-term therapy is used to deal with current conflicts, for example in the event of separation or conflicts at the workplace. In addition, it can be clarified whether a subsequent long-term psychotherapy is useful and necessary. The statutory health insurance covers up to 24 sessions.

Psychotherapy based on depth psychology

This analytical procedure deals with currently effective unconscious conflicts, which can manifest themselves, for example, in depression, fears or relationship problems. This means a focused way of working on more or less clearly defined problem areas. The unconscious conflicts should be made conscious and thereby the processing and coping should be made possible. The treatment takes place with one session per week for a period of one to two years. The statutory health insurance covers the costs for a maximum of 100 sessions. The statutory health insurance fund grants a maximum of 60 hours in the first treatment phase and a further 40 hours in the extension. The statutory health insurance covers up to 24 sessions.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy

The treatment method originally developed by Freud has undergone numerous further developments and expansions. Alfred Adler, a student of Freud and the founder of individual psychology, emphasized in particular the influence of the social environment and the mode of action of early ties. Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is used to treat neuroses or personality disorders that have their main cause in unconscious conflicts or emotional deficiencies in childhood and hinder everyday life. The procedure is not aimed at a short-term improvement of symptoms, but at a long-term and thorough analysis and change of the causes of mental problems and the personality structure. It is an intensive individual therapy in which relationship patterns and solutions are worked out and skills and resources are strengthened. The analyst makes the offer to communicate everything in order to initiate an analytical process. The unconscious earlier conflicts and relationship structures are subsequently understood and processed. The individual therapy can take place between one and three hours of treatment per week over a period of two to four years. The statutory health insurance fund finances up to 300 hours of treatment. Supervision

In socio-pedagogical and psychotherapeutic as well as in medical work, the benevolently critical examination of one's own actions is known under the terms supervision and Balint group work. The focus here is on understanding how it works in interactions and interventions. Supervision is necessary in professional fields in which interpersonal interactions are the focus. Individual and group supervision is largely about concrete casework. The aim is to develop creative solutions for everyday work and to make processes that are not understood understandable. Due to the accreditation by the Chamber of Psychotherapists, further training points can be awarded and certified for medical and psychological colleagues.

Parent counseling

Parenthood is associated with a variety of tasks that can lead to excessive demands, internal conflicts and relationship problems. The concept of psychoanalytic parent counseling offers opportunities to acquire attitudes and skills that are to be regarded as a basic prerequisite for child development and education. At the center of such an analysis is the parent-child relationship and the recovery of parental resources. In this way, the development interest of a child can be supported. This consultation focuses on the age range from birth to the end of school age. Supervision is necessary in professional fields in which interpersonal interactions are the focus. Coaching
Coaching is individual personal advice for working people. This means the methodically guided reflection of professional practice and is mainly used in companies, administrations and schools. The aim is to expand the professional options for action. With the help of coaching, professionals are encouraged and supported in such a way that they can successfully complete a task that involves factual, human-social and conceptual requirements. Coaching is neutral. It is about using your own and operational resources with a view to the common goal of a company or organization. The intention is to optimize work processes on a sustainable basis. The focus and the duration of the consultation are agreed in the context of an initial contact. It's not just about solving specific problems, but about empowering to work on the thing and on yourself. When we speak of coaching, we mean the accompaniment of employees with the aim of being able to successfully and satisfactorily fulfill their role in an organization in the present and in the future. Coaching offers problem solving and decision support for: Organization of work processes Conflict resolution strategies Strategy developments Assessment of your own skills Personality development Leadership of teams
